Multi-Motor Cooperative Control Strategy for Speed Synchronous Control of Construction Platform

Barrel-type structures are ubiquitous in industry and life. A novel construction platform of barrel-type is introduced, it involves a multi-motor system. The synchronous control multiple motors has great importance. To guarantee the high precision, stability, fast response for collaborative motors, this paper proposes cooperative strategy. Firstly, speed synchronization structure between permanent magnet (PMSM) designed by way mean coupling structure. Then, conventional PID controller improved machine learning. Moreover, radial basis function neural (RBF) network introduced to algorithm system identification processing, gradient descent used parameter updating. An variable integral term into eliminate error as soon possible. Finally, verified via numerical simulation experiments that show strategy anti-interference ability robustness.
